Shipping policy

Every order is packed and dispatched from our facility in Al Barsha South, Dubai.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

How long it takes

Pieces held in Dubai — anything in our Ready In Dubai range is in stock now. It leaves us within 1–2 business days of your order, and reaches you 3–5 days after that.

Pieces on the waitlist — when something sells out it moves to the waitlist. These are made to order, and the wait can be up to 12 months. You will be told the expected timeline before you commit, and we will not quote you a date we cannot hold.

Elite commissions — bespoke Elite builds are made to order over 6–12 months, specified with you before work begins.

Shipping cost

Delivery is AED 35 anywhere in the UAE, any size and any weight. Orders of Dhs 200 or more ship free.

Paying for your order

We accept card payment, cash on delivery, and Tabby if you would rather split the cost.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow it to your door.

If something is wrong

Inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at admin@ran-zo.com and we will make it right. Returns are covered separately in our refund policy — you have 30 days from receiving your item.
